IWMelcheds Advogados advised private investors of PetroMais on the drafting, review, and negotiation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the acquisition of the company by Participações Multiestratégia – Investimento no Exterior. The terms and conditions were established for the acquisition of a 49% stake in PetroMais.
