Career

Carolina Junqueira de Barros is a lawyer active in strategic civil litigation. She holds a law degree from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute. Carolina has taken supplementary courses to enhance her training, such as the Legal English course from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), the Update Course in Health Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), and the Risk Management, Compliance, and Auditing course from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). She is a member of the Special Commission on Medical and Health Law of the OAB/SP.
