Emilly Ohara Passos Sandes is part of the strategic civil litigation team and collaborates with the Public Defender’s Office of São Paulo State through an agreement with OAB-SP. She has experience handling sensitive cases and projects, drafting procedural documents, minutes, reports, and opinions, monitoring court cases, participating in hearings, and conducting negotiations. She holds a law degree from São Judas Tadeu University (2023), participated in extension projects that were finalists in programs like “São Judas Pitch” and the startup acceleration program “Ânima Nest Verão,” and was part of the mediation study group at the Mediate Institute. In addition to native Portuguese, she is knowledgeable in Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
