Fernanda has extensive experience in corporate law, handling medium—and large-scale M&A transactions and addressing companies’ daily corporate issues. She serves private investors, foreign investors, founders, multinationals, and companies of various sizes on a wide range of matters. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from INSPER and a Certificate in Contracts from Centro de Extensão Universitária (CEU/SP).
