Career

João Kamegasawa is a labor lawyer with experience advising national and multinational companies on consultative and contentious issues related to Labor Law and Union Law. He graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and is a member of the Special Commission on Labor Advocacy of OAB-SP. He has represented central banks operating in Brazil and handled various high-complexity cases such as Class Actions, Public Civil Actions, and Civil Investigations.
