Jorge provides advisory services in labor-related consultative and contentious matters and has extensive experience in handling individual and collective claims, complex litigation, collective bargaining disputes, public civil actions, administrative litigation, union negotiations, and internal compliance investigations. He holds a degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. Jorge is a member of the Board of Directors of the Reciclar Institute and a member of the Media Rights Commission of the OAB Campinas. Recently, Jorge was listed in the “LACCA Approved” list for the years 2023 and 2024 released by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as one of the standout professionals in Labor Law in Latin America. He was also recognized as a Rising Star in Labor Law by The Legal 500 in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
