Career

Juliana Godoy works in Tax Litigation and has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies. She graduated in Law from PUC/SP and has a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from FGV/SP. She graduated in Law from PUC-SP (2004), holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary College, University of London, London, UK (2008), and has postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP (2006) and in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from FGV (2016). She is trained in mediation and arbitration by the Institute of Mediation and Arbitration (IMAB) (2013) and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Law from FGVLaw. She has solid experience in conflict resolution and advisory in technology, intellectual property, media, and entertainment cases. She is a member of the Privacy and Data Protection Commission of OAB/SP and the Business Mediation Commission of OAB/SP.
