Career

Talita Sabatini Garcia is responsible for intellectual property and related contracts and co-manages the media, advertising, and entertainment sectors. She specializes in business contracts and intellectual property through GV-Law. She serves as a board member of the Brazilian Association of Brand and Character Licensing (Abral) and a member of the Copyright, Entertainment, and Advertising Study Group within ASPI’s Cultural Directorate. She is a co-author of the chapter “Puffing – A Legitimate Advertising Tool?” published in the book “Advertising Activity in Brazil” in 2021, and the chapter “Self-Regulation Standards of the Sector” published in the book “Digital Influencers and Their Legal Challenges” in 2023. Talita is recognized by the Análise Advocacia and Chambers and Partners rankings.
