Career

Thiago has extensive experience in insolvency and debt restructuring, focusing on judicial recovery, distressed companies, debt renegotiation, and strategic development in liability management. He has also managed the legal department of a mid-sized company and a multinational corporation. He is a member of TMA Brasil – Turnaround Management Association of Brazil. Thiago specializes in judicial recovery from Insper and FGV. He participated in the Constitutional Law Program at Yale University (2014), The Law of the European Union program at Universiteit Leiden (2012), and An Introduction to American Law at the University of Pennsylvania (2016).
