Tiago Silveira Camargo is responsible for the firm’s digital law, privacy and data protection, business contracts, real estate, and legal design areas, with particular expertise in contractual matters and serving companies in the franchise sector. He holds an LL.M. in Contract Law from Insper and has postgraduate qualifications in Digital Law, Contract Design, and Data Protection from GV-Law. He has been a member of the Legal Informatics Commission of the Federal OAB Council, the Brazilian Franchise Association (ABF) legal committee, and the Vice-President of the Board of the Brazilian Electronic Commerce Chamber (Camara-e.net). He is recognized by the Análise Advocacia ranking for his prominence in business contracts, digital law, food and beverages, electronics, machinery and equipment, and healthcare sectors.
