Caroline Zanotti Naufal is a member of the Corporate and M&A department, bringing extensive experience in medium and large mergers and acquisitions (M&A), succession planning, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance. She works in strategic consultancy and the implementation of corporate structures, advising companies in various sectors, as well as providing ongoing support in their daily corporate demands.

She assists domestic and foreign clients, including individuals and companies, offering specialised legal advice on efficient corporate structuring, business reorganisations and estate planning.

She has a law degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU/SP), a LL.M in Corporate Law from INSPER, a specialization in Tax Planning from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET/SP) and is a member of the São Paulo branch of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP).
