Ricardo Inglez de Souza
inglez@iwmr.com.brRicardo Inglez de Souza is responsible for the competitive, compliance, and international trade areas. He has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies. He holds a Master’s degree, is a PhD candidate in Law from PUC-SP, and is the author of the book “The Dogma of Cartel and the Selectivity of Brazilian Competition Law.”
He is highlighted in major national and global legal rankings, including Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer, Who’s Who Legal, LACCA, Best Lawyers, and Análise Advocacia. Global Competition Review (GCR), a leading industry publication, named him one of the top 40 competition lawyers under 40 worldwide (40 under 40).
He is the vice president of the Commission on Competition and Economic Regulation Studies of OAB-SP and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption, and International Trade Studies (IBRAC). He is a professor of Commercial Law at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and the Catholic University of Chile and a guest professor at several other educational institutions.
