Career

Vanessa Giersztajn is a digital Law, data protection, and contracts lawyer. She has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies. She graduated from Pontifical Catholic University (PUC – SP) and has a postgraduate degree in contract law from the same institution. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Law from the Institute of Technology and Society (ITS) in partnership with the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and the Center for Studies and Research in Law Education (CEPED). She was named one of the most admired lawyers by the Análise Advocacia Mulher Ranking.
